What purchasing a vehicle should be like The thing that most stood out was the lightning quick response when I had a question about some of the features on my vehicle, after I purchased it. I had sent him a message after hours and was not expecting anything until the next day but instead received a response within 10 minutes. Impressive.

sales excelence Everyone dealt with during my purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable. Matt and Jordan did a great job going through my options with the purchase and finding the appropriate vehicle. Great Service. I bought a 2014 Silverado 2 weeks ago. My salesman Jim McEwen was totally awesome, and Isabelle Poulin the Delivery Coordinator went beyond. You have awesome team at Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Thanks again. :).

Got my Dream Truck from the real Dream Team! I was originally looking at a truck from another dealer but when that dealership sold the truck and didn't inform me about it, I was a little discouraged, so I started looking for my truck and that's when I came across Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Service ; oil change; tire rotation; I live in Calgary and will drive to Sherwood Park to have my car serviced as I hold the utmost confidence in this dealership. Simply the best!! Shawna gives you all the time you need, doesn't rush you, really listens to your concerns and fixes anything she can. She doesn't make you feel like you are wasting her time and any question you have she answers and doesn't talk down to you. It was ok I live 2.5 away from sherwood park/Edmonton area I was told to go and see the guys at sherwood chevy so I did basically anything that could go wrong did go wrong I dealt with Logan Reid,Nathan gillis,Graham Wyatt , the list goes on it didn't seem like there is much communication between shifts. If I tell you Graham I want to pick up car tonight I would expect it to be ready or at least check on it and let me no, not just pass the buck over to Logan.
