Bought a used vehicle from Sherwood Toyota back in December 2016. In January, I noticed a sound when I was braking. I took it into a Mechanic and they found that the caliper has not been adhered to the car properly. The car was also not starting properly. Sherwood Toyota quickly reimburse me for all charges and replaced my battery.I am not having problems with my car starting again. Dave did a super job helping us buy a used car. It wasn't a Toyota but that made no difference-- he and the other staff treated us royally and with great respect through the whole process. A lot of salesmen know very little about cars, but Dave has the knowledge to be enormously helpful, as well as the wisdom to "read" his customers' level of interest. I think he's the best salesman I've ever dealt with... and this was probably the smoothest and best buying experience ever.

Recently purchased a 2017 highlander. Great service from sales and finance. They were friendly and able to address all my concerns when purchasing a new vehicle.
