Just recently purchased an older model Matrix from Sherwood Toyota. Karan and the other sales staff in the Used department were fantastic! I was in to look around on a Thursday, and was back on the Friday to pay for the car. The whole process great! Karan was very knowledgable about the vehicle, and I never felt any pressure to commit before I was ready.
