Ms. Crawford was absolutely awesome throughout this entire process. Prior to buying a home, I asked everyone about what to expect, and the stories were usually filled with it being a painful but rewarding process. But Ms. Crawford made this so painless and clear. I originally applied in November of 2017. My credit was not good and neither was my debt to income ratio. Sheryl told me exactly what I needed to do to get the home I wanted in the price range I wanted. It took me two years but it was so worth it.
