Sheryl was fun to work with! Honest, easy to talk to and be frank with. The process went well, was explained throughout the process. The only area of improvement I could suggest would be to communicate a little more about “what’s left” in the process. I didn’t realize we were so close to closing (a week early) until I got an email from my insurance agent asking me to resign documents. Most other communication was good though so I wouldn’t think of this as negative, just room to grow. Thank you!
