They misplaced a few shirts, but I kept taking my clothes to them for cleaning. I will never go back there again though since they damaged a dress and tried to blame it on the quality of the fabric (this was a $480 designer dress purchased at Neiman Marcus) or that a bracelet was raked against it (no bracelet was worn).
