Shireen and Brandi were all around great! I have zero complaints in the whole process! From the beginning Shireen and Brandi were a phone call away. Shireen and her group made refinancing easier than I ever thought it could be. She worked several scenarios with me over the phone on the spot, no "call you back later" or "let me look into that and get back to you". My head is still spinning. After speaking with Shireen, she proceeded to find me a dream deal. She and her team literally took the ball and ran with it. We closed in record time and I now have a MUCH lower payment. Throughout the whole process (which is extremely smooth), I was contacted frequently and reassured things were progressing.
