Been taking my dog here since we got her for the last 2 years or so. Dog has had an “ear infection” that wouldn’t go away and just kept giving us new meds to try. Went to a new vet and her ear canal is completely closed. Thanks to this vet my dog will more than likely need surgery

Scheduled returning appointment online for 8:30... was told when I got there at 8:25 that I was late for 8:15 appointment and would have to reschedule. It took weeks to get that appointment. Their grandiose attitude at the front desk made it a no brainer, I will go elsewhere!
I have never in my life had a doctor basically try and hog tie a dog to give shots and take blood even after having me drug my dog before bringing her in. Just made her anxiety worse. Seriously you see a little tiny 50lb pittie and think she is going to bite you then maybe you are in the wrong field. I walked out in tears. I will not allow anyone to treat my babies that way.

I've tried on 2 separate occasions, 1 today to schedule an appt. They aren't flexible with hours, weekends. I tried to explain the problem but was interrupted twice...... I guess they're too busy to listen. Basically they're just to busy......no problem taking my business elsewhere.
