What a wonderful, detailed, quick visit. He answered all my questions, showed me images of my injury and explained everything in lamin terms. He was extremely kind and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dr. Chan!
I waited 2 hours to get into the exam room - and then the Medical Assist didn’t know I had an MRI done. Had to wait another 15 min for Dr Chan. He was pleasant, professional and helpful. Patients should be kept appraised of delays and apologies made - nothing like this happened

Easy to talk to
A clean environment with professional staff. I had a short wait after checking in to see the doctor. Dr. Hillock was very professional and got straight to business, which I appreciated. He provided me with next course of action and asked me if I would like a steroid shot. Yes. Please. I was in and out after everything in a short amount of time. Yippee!! My time is import too. Overall, a good experience thus far.

This was my second follow-up visit after I'd been unable to have surgery on a broken clavicle so that it set out of place. Even though Dr. Chan had been the one that scheduled the surgery that I couldn't get to, at my first follow-up he did not make a new recommendation of surgery. Instead he prescribed physical therapy to regain strength and range of motion. At this second visit, he was encouraged by my progress and added another few weeks of PT.
