It was a very good experience. The building is brand new. It is easy to find. The staff is professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. It is the best Rehab, I have experienced. I recommend, everyone to switch to Shirley Ryan Ability Lab. I have been to many rehabs with my parents. What many lack, the professionalism and experienced staff, and patience to deal with the patient.

Much better than the old RIC facility. Very bright, open, accessible space! A lot of Orange and white. Of course Love our Dr. there! Cannot wait to see this facility continue to provide excellent care for people with conditions that impact their abilities!!!!

I had a very sad day this last Friday when I was finally discharged from the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab Willowbrook Day Rehabilitation Center, with all my abilities back and better than before. I hate these people because they made me do exercises I didn't want to do but yet I love them because they made me do exercis... read more

I can't say enough good things about the staff there, the new space is amazing, I've only had 2 outpatient appointments so far, and I must say within those 2 days I feel a lot better than I have in the 12yrs, I have suffered from lower back and right shoulder and next problems. They are caring, and have and maintain a professional attitude with high standards. I have 5 more treatments to go.
