My family is incredibly grateful for Dr. Lents. Our son has autism and a severe oral aversion. That makes his dental care DIFFICULT to say the least. She didn't shy away from his case at all. She broke his appointments up into manageable segments and respected our beliefs and opinions in regards to his general medical care. 10/10 would recommend and I'm going to take my other two children there as well.

I give one star because she does get the work done but I just don’t feel comfortable allowing my 3 year old to be strapped down and not at least be consoled a little to help him calm down I stood outside of the door listening to my baby scream bloody murder while the dentist yelled “stop” instead of “it’s okay” or “your safe” that just doesn’t sit well with my spirit. I’ve been thinking about it all evening my heart is broken and I’ve been apologizing to my baby all day because I didn’t protect him in that moment. The denti... read more

Took my daughter here, they originally told me they would be taking out 4 teeth. 2 on top, 2 on the bottom. I asked them to just take out the 2 on the bottom which were supposed to be on opposite sides. Daughter came out with 2 teeth pulled on one side of her mouth. (They also don’t let parents in the procedure room) Which we never discussed. When we went back for the other two the lady up front told me they would be taking out 5 teeth. Total of 7. These are baby teeth. I told them I was going to get a second opinion, and t... read more

1 star doesn’t do this horrific place justice! This place is horrible!! We were there for 1 hour and a half and literally had maybe a couple of words spoken to us. When it was my sons turn they made him very uncomfortable and rushed. They didn’t speak to him or me and was in a rush to get the procedure done. Because my son is special needs they put him what I would say a straight jacket and did not even try to warm up to him. They were not caring or seem to want to help my son, just quick to do the job and get us gone. Becau... read more
