Big way hotpot dislike perfect licatedin the building thar hosts the skytrain station , on the same level as the skytrain. It means perfect for getting the hotpot on gbe go in the way home. Ingredients are fresh, broth is flavourful, The teas and drinks are just about right. Love that you can decide the sweetness in the drink.
The best thing about this place is that it's right on the SkyTrain you don't really even leave the station to get anything you want. Very is a very good theater there. It has the big reclining chairs. It's the only place I go to see movies now. There's a pretty good safeways there as well.
There are still some worthwhile stores that I visit when I pass through here, and there's banking, the movie theatre, and transit, of course... but this place has gone downhill since the pandemic and the poor economy. There has definitely been an increase in transient/homeless people, substance users, panhandling, and crime. Some shops, such as Candy Alley, left due to the rise in thefts and the cost of hiring extra security.
Hands down, my favourite station! I like how cozy it is and it has everything I could ask ask - Safeway, candy store, Chinese, Japanese, and Mediterranean food places. As well as that, a pizza garden with Neapolitan style pizza. There is a gym, bike locking stations, elevators for the skytrain, and the Landmark cinema on the second floor
Tons here - dentist, haircuts, sushi, safeway, looney store, movies, poutine! tons of really great stores and eating options. But the mall needs a deep clean. Elevators are gross - the one near the movie theater smells of urine as do the stairwells. The place is filthy - wouldn't be hard to improve this mall - it could be a great space.
