We ordered flooring a few months ago from Shore Side. It was delayed multiple times due to COVID, which I totally understand. However, there was ZERO communication from the company to us about the delays. The only time we received updates is when we called them. We finally received our flooring and went with an independent installer (Will’s Flooring Systems) whom we have used in the past and always does good work. Starting off with the positive, the quality of work performed by the subcontractors of Shoreside was simply OUTSTANDING. On the main floor, we had about 1200 sq. ft of red oak natural hardwood floors refinished in addition to a new installation of 430 sq ft. In addition, we added new hardwood stairs with rug runner and new carpet with the smart cushion (top of the line) all installed in upstairs bed rooms, closets and linen areas. Its a shame when people dont state the facts this customer pushed us to the limit with discounts and threats we bent over backwards to try and make this customer happy but had to say enough is enough when we realized no matter what discounts we did or extra work for free they would never be happy and slam us on social media we have many great reviews that show you who you are really dealing with have no fear give us a call we are the best. 😁
