Absolutely exceeded my expectations as always. Felt well taken care of. Caring and efficient staff. Called with reminders and took care to make sure that my prescription drugs did not interfere with any medications necessary for my procedure. I highly recommend this group. You won't be disappointed!!
Dr Toback listened to my history and created a plan that addressed all of my concerns. Better still, the procedure was followed explicitly and a good result was the outcome. I told him I would need to trust him, and my trust was rewarded. His staff was attentive and kind, and he kept his promise to me.
The staff was amazing! My smile hasn't looked this bright and good in years. I was given a care plan that is easy to follow daily. I want to thank you Stephanie Rooks and Dr. Toback for this exceptional service.
punctual, careful, friendly and considerate. My only gripe is the pricing which is way up there and should have been quoted at the outset with some explanation of $ for extraction plus implant post plus an idea of a dentist's cost for a new tooth... otherwise the grand total becomes an unpleasant surprise.
The staff was friendly and considerate. They supported each other, asked all the right questions, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They developed a care plan that took into account all of my needs. Highly recommend!
