James was very accommodating. I was late because of traffic & he took extra effort to make sure my car got the attention it needed . I was also , because of him, able to make another appointment scheduled later that day. My car looks great!!!

30K Service for 2020 Honda CRv Hybrid at 28KJames Birchman was knowledgeable, polite and patient. We live 3 1/2 hours away so scheduling can be touchy. We decided on a 30K service at 28K because it was so close that just an oil change seemed silly. I had a coupon for $60 off on over $300 but he said the deal was already discounted. I found an ad for $60 less for a 30K from Showcase but wasn't sure when it was published and James was not familiar with it.
