Robbie Schumann was great to work with. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because they found a filthy filter that needed to be changed. I had my car in for service abouot a month before. They told me they checked everything and I needed a filter change which they did. They somehow missed this second filthy filter that now needed to be changed. I guess they don't check everything like they say they do.

My service needed to be accomplished in a timely manner as I had another appointment. It was with time to spare and no further repairs were found, which was a relief.
