Nicholas was great! He made my experience enjoyable when normally I wouls dread the dealership. He answered any questions i had. It was a quick process and he stayed after his shift to make sure I was good to go before he left for the night.

Service was very satisfactory as handled by Richard York. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. However, by no means is Richard at fault for one minor problem. The maintenance people neglected to return a valve cap to one of the tires, and one tire was a little lower in psi than the others. I felt it was necessary to add this oversight in order to give an honest assessment. Overall, I was very happy with the Zactek coating that was applied to my car.
