The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had an unrelated issue with one of my seatbelts and they handled it for me (no extra charge), but with that said; I was a little unimpressed that I had made an appointment for 8am (when they open) and when I got there it seemed to be more of a whoever was there first in line situation even though I didn't have to wait.
