Janes was professional, informative, attentive and genuine. I couldnt ask for more. Pricing was good, they executed in the timeframe they said they would and there wasnt any grease on the steering wheel!

The service tech seemed like we were bothering him and was in a hurry. The service write up guy was good. The car wasnt washed. The service tech never put a sticker on the windshield and seemed like a jerk.

My sales person, Victor was fabulous. The last person in finance was ace, I wanted to be out in 30 minutes and he honored that. There is no way my car was thoroughly cleaned before I drove off the lot, I have found a wad of paper in the rear passenger window, where no one has sat, hand prints where no one has been, plastic under the seat. Yes, I realized I left the dealer late, after 8 pm, but I was willing to come back the next day to complete the paperwork. And the car could have been cleaned
