Excellent service advisor; repairs reasonably priced; service completed in less time then estimated. Have been using Showcase Honda for the last 21 years and will continue to go to them for repairs and to buy vehicles.

The service that we received at Showcase Honda was superb! We were given special service, above and beyond the norm, from Cassie Allen, service advisor. She should be commended and whenever you take your Honda into a service center you should request her to be the primary adviser for you.

Love that place! Customer service is the BEST! They take the time to listen. They come back to give you the any update with your vehicle. The waiting room and the restroom are clean.

The repair itself turned out great HOWEVER there are 5 test paint spots that were left on the passenger side door that now need to be removed. If someone would contact me to set this up, that would be great
