Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Showcase Honda. The service was top-notch and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and provided exceptional service. They even offered to do a complimentary oil change and checkup for my car. When having difficulty starting my car after work I went to Showcase where I have all my servicing done. It was close to the end of their day but Chris who has been my service advisor in the past jumped into action. With his help and the help of the technician determined it was my battery and it was replaced while I waited. I am so grateful for them ensuring this was taken care of even though their day was wrapping up! Thank you!

Service was excellent. I arrived on time and greeted by a knowledgeable service advisor who also helped pair my phone to my vehicle. He explained the services i needed and the time frame. I also received updates from him throughout the process. I didn't get his last name but his first name was Austin. He did a great job.
