We were very happy with the customer service we received. Leland explained the diagnosis and process very well. Honda also let me take them for a ride in the car to make sure they were hearing the same noise I did. Now thats great customer service!

Service rep was very nice, but the actual service completed felt lack luster. The car was returned without a car wash and some of the concerns weren't addressed. It still chugs. I am always told, "that's normal for an engine this big". I happen to know that it is not. I think Showcase is a big and busy service department and the work seems rushed at times.

My service was great. My service advisor Richard York was very helpful. Since I had a very long wait he suggested a place for lunch and arranged for a ride to the restaurant and return. I'm very happy with Showcase Honda and have dealt with them for years. Phyllis Brannigan
