My experience was great. My fears were alleviated by Richard. I prefer to wait for my service. Although it took close to two hours, it was a pleasant wait. Although I had errands to run, as well as pickup my grandson at school, I knew I would have time to spare. I lioved that although I did not have an appointment, I was seen the same day.

I was met by Ian Vu as soon as I pulled up for my service appt. He briefed me on what they were going to do and the time it would take. He updated me while I waited and was finished on time. The car was pulled up and he again went over the service I received, asked if I had any questions. I drove away very satisfied and impressed with the efficiency of whole experience.
