I scheduled my car for a routine 10k mile service, brought my performance engine air filter and everything was done sooner than expected

Great experience from Diego the salesman. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Not a great experience with the finance rep. He skimmed through the signing process and I never got my loan docs emailed to me. Days later I couldn't get either of the people who helped me to call me back. I emailed them both and called 5-6 times until I got a finance manager who mailed me my loan docs overnight. Thank you Diego and the helpful finance manager.
