unknown I had my shower door replaced. It was frameless door with handle. They arrived on time and called ahead. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. I has a problem with a piece that was loose which led to water leaking out on my floor. I called to schedule them to come out again and repair the issue. They came back out and resealed everything after they reinstalled the part that was loose. Everything is fine now. The price and the quality were very good. Getting it delivered was a real pain. The delivery driver and the office staff where not customer service friendly. After the initial visit with the sales person, who was very nice, no one else seemed to care about the customer experience to a point of rude. The quality of the mirrors I purchased and the price were great. Everything else, no so much. We bought two glass mirrors in different sizes. The mirrors were delivered and installed.
