The sales experience was very fair and we'd be happy to use them again. They only use quality products, so pricing will reflect that, but we are quite happy with everything and would happily use or recommend them again and again.
The entire process was painless and professional. After receiving the bid, my husband then arranged for the installation of the door. Was told it would take about 2 weeks for the custom made pieces to be ready, and date for installation was provided. Installers arrived exactly on time, and did a great job. They really had to work to remove the old doors, as the frame had been glued to the marble shower edge. They were not able to remove all the stainingthat the glue left, but all residue is gone, and the doors look terrific!... read more

The representative was very professional and really knew the product lines. He took all of the measurements and scheduled the installation. The installers did a very good job and cleaned up after the installation. We did have a slight problem with water seeping out of the stall. I had done my research with many shower door company's, but after looking at this company's review on Angie's List I felt comfortable in hiring them. They kept there appointment and installed Door and Cabinet shelves within a hour. I am very pleased with this company and would definetly do business with them again. unknown I purchased the coupon from Angie's List for $99 to receive $400 off a new shower door. Everything could not have gone any better. I received an email the very next day detailing how to set up my appointment. I called and had my appointment set for 2 days later. I was given all of my options for my new shower door, a drawing of how it would look, and a detailed description of what would be done. From initial contact they were always very prompt with phone calls, initial site visit to take measurements,all the way to installation. Crew came in and went right to work. Very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. Very respectful and did an awesome job of cleaning and installation. Final product looks amazing and I would definitely hire them again. Removed old shower enclosure where the door opened backwards, since original installation, and installed new frameless shower enclosure.
