The estimator came to my home on 6/28/13. I explained that I would have to take off work to be there. I called Shower Doors of Houston an hour before the appt. and indicated that I was about to leave work and asked whether the estimator would be on time. I was told he would beon time. After I got home, the estimator called to tell me that he would be late. He ended up being about 30 minutes late. I took advantage of an Angie's List deal to have a new frameless shower door installed in my walk-in shower. I made an appointment and was seen within three days. The representative was friendly and professional and showed me my options and explained the various costs. The work was done within one week. Two men came out and installed the door. unknown I purchased a Deal to fix my shower door, which is a glass door held in place by an aluminum grip strip on the side. Overtime, the grip strip loses its grip and the glass fell off. Shower Doors of Houston contacted me promptly. I called them back and discussed the situation. We had a large shower but our fifty year old shower door opening was not working. I thought it was locked-up and because the curtain keeps going back into the shower that is why I wanted that to be frameless and they did that. It looks like a small opening, they did it customized, came back with the door one day, and it was wonderful.
