I contacted this company when I started renovations on my master bathroom to see when they would need to be involved in installing the frameless shower door. They instructed me to finish all of my work first and once all tiling was done, to call them and they would send someone out to take measurements. Once I completed my part, I called and they had their sales rep come to my home shortly thereafter. They were a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, as well as refer them to anyone. In remodeling the master bath, I researched Angie's List for reviews. During that time, Shower Doors of Houston was running an installation special of $99.00. I decided to take the special. A technician came out to my home two weeks before install and gave me a quote. I asked about a towel rack because I had seen online that they offered that service. The technician told me they no longer sold those but if I purchased one they would install it for me. I scheduled the install for the following Saturday. They came out in a timely manner, measured everything, explained the materials I could choose from and gave me a promised price on the work. I paid them half down and the rest when they delivered and installed the door. Once materials arrived, they called to schedule a time for the installation. The people on the phone were very nice and helpful in arranging the estimator to come out. Ryan came to measure and was in and out. He also sent me pricing for his recommendation. The installer came on the specified day and my husband was there for that. He said the installer took his time and explained everything to him. On returning from a trip I had a couple of questions. Professional service and a quality product. They replaced a Shower Door in our Master Bathroom - came out for the measurement and estimate, fabriacted the door and then installed a couple weeks later.
