We waited 25 minutes to be seated at a table that was open the whole time, sat and waited another 30 min before someone came over after going to ask for a server,, then to have waited a total of an hour and a half with not even a drink. My family of 5 three hungry and thirsty kids left with nothing. Terrible service. I'm not one to post negative and I've been a server, but this was not right, three tables got sat and drank and ate after we got there!!!

It was definitely bottom of the basket very disappointing

I ordered the crab cake platter. No value for the price. The crab cakes looked like sausage patties and were super salty. It came with two tiny hush puppies and a tiny corn nugget. Not what I would call a platter, but a kids meal. Wont be back, that's for sure.

So disappointing that our first meal there last night was not up to what we are used to. it took an hour to get our food. Some of it was cold. Two separate parties brought in dogs. Where's the health department? The dogs were barking at each other which service dogs don't do that so they couldn't have been service dogs. In the past while here we ate there every night but once this year will do it. So sad. I have noticed while driving by that they are not busy like they used to be. I see why. :(

Our food was delivered pretty much burnt. Waitress was very accommodating as was the manager and we were served a new basket of food that was not burnt but not very tasty either. Daiquiris were generic, artificial tasting & not your normal “frozen” feel as it should have been. For the money we paid it was definitely a pathetic experience and I’m sure we will not be going back to this particular Shrimp Basket.

Ordered a combo plate, grilled catfish and cajun shrimp. Very small portion size for the fish and 6 small shrimp. Flavor was good, amount of food for the price, poor! I was told by the manager that Corporate had cut the portion size to save money? I couldn't believe that she told me that...

Got a menu but they never came back to take drink order or food order. We’re not even that crowded. Saw manager walk thru and ask people how their food was. She didn’t ask us. I guess we were invisible. Sat about 25 minutes. Unbelievable.
