RecommendedWe have ate here every year since 2015 when come to PCB. Tonight was the furst time i was disappointed. We ordered a dozen oysters....always been good before but tonight half of them were black and one had a small crab in the shell still eating the oyster. Not sure if it meant it was fresh or not. We showed the waitress and she looked at it and said "Hm". They did not offer to take them off the bill. I was rightly upset. When we are down here on vacation we will usually eat there 5 or 6x.....not this time.

Food was delicious. For appetizers we ordered fried pickles and seafood queso dip sooo good. For dinner I ordered Tuesday special which was all you can eat steamed Cajun shrimp which was beyond expectations. Not to mention the outstanding service the waitress we had was awesome.

We stopped at the Shrimp Basket on the way back to our condominium rental after a sunset cruise. We were promptly greeted, given great recommendations for both food and drink, and our waitress kept right up with our fun vacation loving attitudes. If you're looking for a low key, great food, good people atmosphere THIS IS IT!!!

The boom boom shrimp was da bomb, the raw oysters were delicious the catfish was amazing and their fried shrimp was spectacular, I gotta say the next time I’m in Panama City I’ll visit the Shrimp Basket again. And considering the staffing shortage our waitress was very attentive and on top of things not to mention very friendly
