I called Tracey and Brian early in the process of selling my home, and they were wonderful. I had many questions of what I should and shouldn't do before I sold the house, and they had all of the answers. They told me which things I should have replaced or repaired for maximum return, as well as what I could leave as is to get the most bang for my buck. I found Tracey and Brian through a similar listing in my area that had sold for way above comps. I was immediately impressed with her responsiveness and attention to detail. We listed shortly after making contact, and Tracey did an amazing job staging and had a pro photographer take great pictures. She chose a smart pricing strategy and guided us through a very exciting multiple-offer situation.
