I always feel heard and seen also understood, when I have an appointment with my therapist or psychiatrist. I always suggest to people that don't think mental health is real, to give LifeStance a try. I love that my clinicals take care to make sure I'm okay, that means a lot. We've all got are issues, the healing can only begin with asking for help. I love my services and I will continue to tell people about how LifeStance has/is helping me.
