I've found the best storage solution! The service was top-notch, and the entire process was seamless. The receptionist, SARITA, was lovely and welcoming. HENRY, the on-call representative, was also fantastic - They kept me informed every step of the way. The storage space itself is massive, with generous trolleys that can accommodate large items. Super experience with Chris Harman, store manager, who went above and beyond to help us secure our family belongings - which is all of massive reassurance given we're so far away. We feel in very safe hands. Professional, kind, incredibly helpful, great communications. All processes explained thoroughly and promptly and the entire process was entirely stress free and smooth. First time with Shurgard, and I must say that Chris is a god send at the Farnborough unit. He helped us unload our car of boxes for our new unit. Lovely guy, thank you so much Chris. He explained everything to us clearly and was helpful. The unit was clean, temperature was comfortable, and it was easy to find. Elevators were large enough for two trolleys too, unlike some places. Highly recommended.
We saw Chris today who helped me and my daughter reserve a unit. He was exceptional in the help he gave us. Whatever Shurgard are paying him, it's not enough!!
