In Mainz, Shurgard Germany GmbH took over the storage space from Prime Self-Storage. The support provided by Prime Self-Storage was good and competent at the time. Shurgard Germany GmbH took over my contract with a mutual commitment for three years. Now, Shurgard Germany GmbH breached the contract and increased the invoice amount by more than 20% during the contract term. At first, I thought it was an oversight. That wasn't the case. Booked online quickly and easily for short-term needs and signed a contract. Access is easy, the facility is clean, and the naturally ventilated room is sufficiently bright. Friendly service from the on-site staff; everything was perfect.
