One of the worst service experiences ever. Rude, ignored my words and pain, focused on numbers and not patients “well based on the formula” ad hominem. Put on gloves to touch me as if I was an untouchable. Cannot bring that stuff here and mistreat those who make up the majority of dialysis patients! Couldn’t even look at me each visit, head down in PC or tablet. It was inhumane treatment.
She couldn’t care less about your pain or suffering. She has a terrible bedside manner. She has zero empathy. She just wants you gone. She told me she is not Burger King and I can’t have it my way.
Every time I come in for an appt I just feel shamed. Her phrase is “eventually you’re going to start eating better” but never asks me what I’m eating or if I’m exercising which I am. Every time I have a question I feel dismissed or ignored. The nurse practitioners always make me feel so heard and validated even if it’s minimal progress but she just makes me feel like I’m never doing enough and I need to try harder without even knowing what I’m eating or doing or trying to help me. She seems like she’s annoyed by any question... read more
I've never had a worse medical experience in my life than my recent visit with Dr. Raju. Immediately upon walking in, she was cold and stood across the room from me. She didn't listen to the full extent of my concerns before mentioning there was nothing she could do to help me meet my medical needs. She persisted on mentioning a 'charge' for the visit and mentioned money more than my medical needs. This, in addition to meeting with three different nurses and waiting more than 40 minutes to visit her, made this the worst exper... read more
Dr Raju was cold, condescending and borderline rude. She seemed annoyed to be there and was very dismissive. This was my first negative experience at Gwinnett Clinic after years of being a patient there. I will be sure to avoid making appointments when she is the doctor on staff.
Doctor did nothing. Didn't check heart. didn't give give any advice or help. Only said they would send to hospital. Only spend less than 5 minutes and we had a appointment not a walk in. Didn't discuss blood pressure.
Women’s health requires a certain degree of commitment. This physician does not have such a quality in regard to this branch of medicine. She spent more time complaining to office support staff about marijuana use than she spent assisting me with my concerns. She insisted she would not be willing to work with me and through her demeanor implied she was disgusted and appalled that I would ask a request that is expected of women’s health practitioners. She addressed my concerns by referring me elsewhere. She implied she was di... read more
I wish I had seen these reviews before went. Definitely a low-quality practice. I walked out of my last appointment. Long waits, inaccurate record keeping, weird rules- just no.
This is a horrible physician! I gave her and her staff a second chance after my first visit, which wasn’t the best at all. This MD was not friendly at all, was not thoroughly and barely wanted to see me. She attempted to take a $130 fee from me just to set ups physical for the next visit, which was absurd. I expressed to her that I will not pay her this substantial amount of money just to make another appointment as she only spoke with me for 3 minutes. Second visit, was suppose to be my mammogram as I expressed to her that ... read more
