Sian has always been very supportive and easy to talk to. She doesn't hesitate to ask questions in order to clarify my sometimes jumbled question, concern, etc. Nor does she hesitate to make a referral if she feels it's in my best interest. Her overall manner is one of quiet confidence and concern, caring I'd guess you'd say. Simply put, I like her, trust her judgement, and hope to continue on with Sian for a long time.
