Tonight I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this establishment. When explaining to a woman over the phone that I received a crust of a pizza with nothing on it, ( it was suppose to be cheesy bread sticks, as it looks on the picture) She angrily responded as if it was my fault I had received this flat slab of crust. Thank god the delivery driver was amazing and apologetic, he was amazing. I am not ordering ever again.
Pretty pissed off that this poor excuse for a restaurant deleted my review. So I’ll post it again. We have never one time had a good experience with Sicily’s. Our food hardly ever would arrive on time, and was always either cold, burned, super greasy (more than pizza should be), wrong, or any of the previous combination. I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the lack of customer service the contact center has!! I called in the first time and was told they cannot take my order over the phone for the 20% and to try the online site again. I told her several times my address is not listed but I live within a mile of the Wasilla location. I told her I didn’t care about the discount anymore so if she could take my order it would be better. Ordered a Vegetarian Supreme just now. Got a regular pizza loaded with canned mushrooms, canned olives and a few tomatoes. I tiny piece of artichoke on every other slice and ZERO broccoli. What a FAT WASTE of my brother in laws money. Why didn't they call and say they didn't have enough Decent vegetables to make a Decent Supreme Vegetarian? All mighty dollar folks! I used to love this place. I have no more respect for Sicilies Pizza.

their delivery drivers are insane! passed on Vine, he was going 75 MPH! will not support your buisness with reckless drivers that will kill someone going that speed!
