We worked with Sida when purchasing our co-op apartment. Anybody that has dealt wit co-ops knows just how many hurdles you need to jump through in order to finally seal the deal. Sida is amazing, and a profferssional. We were intoduced through a friend and she was adding value from our first chat, finding an apartment in NY is intimidating, and she made it manageable and efficient. Sida lined up a days worth of tours and showed me around the neighborhood in the process. Every stop we made, management knew who she was and begged about her. She kept me informs along the way and kep the process moving. She knows the Jackson heights neighborhood. I would highly recommend Sida.

Sida has been the best real estate agent so far I have dealt with . She is always ready to help me in every possible way and she always answer whatever question I ask promptly via email , text or phone . I have been in touch with her this year in search of my apartment and found her very helpful, cordial, responsive to any question that I have. I would highly recommend her to any of my friend and others in search of apartment. The best quality of her is that she never force and insist you on buying the apartment that she shows you. She give her whole idea and knowledge in purchase of an apartment and leave final decision to the buyer.
