Was talked into a repair. The repair after miraculously failing after being picked up that day. First to go were speakers so sent away for software investigation$. When returned,battery issues started which had never been an issue $ warranty was mentioned but after what my child had already paid and as she cracked the rear screen again. Granted was her fault she was unable to to have the screen replaced again and a new battery installed ended up costing more than a refurbished which was the original reason for the call. After the experience I had I can only recommend it really is worth buying a new phone over a reconditioned one. First time I have purchased a reconditioned iPhone and it was an experience to say the least. The owner of this business did partially refund but that still leaves me down a few hundred bucks plus all the driving back to the shop to try and rectify the issues in which we were at a disagreement as to where the issues with the hardware came from. Hi Kelly, we sold you a device in perfect working order. You were unhappy with the LCD so we replaced it for you, then you came back 2 hours later stating the rear camera was not working. Upon opening the phone we found water and corrosion on your rear camera bracket. The phones rear camera was working completely fine after we replaced the screen for you. Hence not providing you a full refund, although we did not stop there to help you as much as we could. So we refunded you a full $100 for the device and even sent it away f... read more
