The owner Michael does a reallygood job controlling,getting rid of bugs.
Showed up sooner than he thought. explained a few things I had questions about. Liked the answers I was given, rates were reasonable. Hired on for a 5 year contract. Only one treatment done tonight, will provide more review later down the line.
Michael was quick to respond to our service request, and was at our house within 2 hours of the phone call...during rush hour. He was friendly, professional, efficient and personablel. My husband and I appreciated that he really took his time talking to us, and not just about pests. It's nice to deal with the owner of a small business, as opposed to a large company. Michael, was very professional when providing the initial inspection, he was straight forward, and never tried to sell a service, that was not needed. After researching pricing for the services he is providing at my residence, the prices are well below the average costs from the bigger franchised companies. He showed up at the scheduled time, and performed the services satisfactorily. I will recommend Sigma to my neighbors a well as others in the area.
