Cannot even begin to describe all the problems we've had with this builder. So much so that we had to get the owners involved to get anything done. So many things replaced that weren't built or installed properly and now even today, with only a two-year old home the plumbing has busted over the kitchen. I mentioned a weird noise when flushing the toilet up there multiple times to signature employees and no one paid any attention to it, and now I'm out of my warranty window. My girlfriend bought a signature home recently and i can say i will NEVER deal with these people. They dont stand behind there home and several people in her neighborhood have said the same thing. Walls were not coated properly, her shower glass around the tile was off i really think they took advantage off her because she is female. I was even told while trying to negotiate with them that i wasnt buying the house its her decision. I told her not to buy, they rushed her to close and wasnt even done with everything.
