After breastfeeding 2 babies, my breasts were worn and deflated. Pre-opp, I was a very saggy 34B. After a few office visits with Dr. Shah, we decided the best look for me was 475cc high profile saline, submuscular. So far, I'm 1 month post opp and I love the results! Pain lasted a few days, but overall, the surgery went well.
