Beautiful FloorPlans The apartment i toured was very nice, i love the kitchen. The grounds look well kept up. I am definitely going to enjoy living here. I spoke to a resident while I was walking around the community who told me that alot of things have changed for the good since the new manager started. That's good news

Friendly management an community The management here are really friendly an on time with any type of maintenance issue. The community are also friendly as well.

Staff is Nice Pretty nice place..looking at the renovated option. little high on the pet fee, but it is better than paying that and a deposit. The staff is really nice.

Friendly Very nice place and it seems pretty quiet. They accept pets no matter what breed, so this is definitely a winner on my list. Staff seemed pretty nice despite what some have said. Will be applying here soon.

Quiet and peaceful Quiet environment in a little hideaway just outside of Greenville. Perfect location to reach surrounding cities. Excellent school system

Great Community! We just took a tour at Signature Pointe Apartments and had such a great experience. The staff are so friendly in helping us find exactly what we were looking for in a new place to live. We look forward to moving in soon and calling this community our new home!

Nice and Quiet I love my apartment size unit.The staff is very nice and maintains the up keeping of property. THE STAFF REALLY LISTEN AND VERY HELPFUL.I would recommend you to stay for the affordable price.Rachel B
