Verified Renter Nice place, in love with the roof top and the town center right next. I enjoyed a lot the activity about painting the past April, and I enjoy a lot the common areas, they are beautiful and usually a relaxing mood there

Verified Renter Can't beat the ambiance and location! Right in the heart of it all at the Reston Town Center makes living here a joy. It's so easy to come home from work and walk out the front door for a Happy Hour at one of the many restaurants. The apartments are chic and the building amenities like the rooftop gym and game room are wonderful. The people and all the furry loved ones are courteous and the building management team is top notch. Living my best life at Signature!

Verified Renter I recently moved in and the transition was super easy. I love that we have multiple elevators available to us at once so we never have to wait if our hands are full or we are carrying things with us. I liked having the loading dock reserved to us at move in as well. I have toured almost every apartment complex in the Herndon/Reston area and Signature has some of the best amenities compared to others with similar rent prices. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a new apartment.

Verified Renter The building itself is amazing with great amenities! There is some wear and tear within the rooms, but it is overall great space. The location is amazing with walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The managers do not communicate though. It is so hard to get a straight answer from them for renewal and they give zero time to plan things out as a resident.
