Thanks to several people that recommended Signature Service Hvac. We called them to fix the blower that went out in our unit. Tom came within the hour that we called and knew right away what the issue was. He was so nice & informative. They'll definitely be our go to for any heating & cooling moving forward. Tim and his team were so attentive and ready to help. They were so nice and so professional. I called about my cold house at 7am and by 11am the problem was fixed. Cannot recommend them enough. An amazing experience.
I could not have expected a faster and more professional service than Signature Service HVAC. Tim was incredibly efficient with his work and talked me through the process so that I could understand the issue. He fixed it without any problems and could not be happier. The best part is he takes care of his customers well and is willing to go the extra mile for them. He came by on Memorial Day when everyone else is off to come help me out. Tim just came and retrieved a golf ball that our son threw down the outside pipe that turned off the heat. He talked us through things over the phone and came out the next morning at 7am. Service was quick and he didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Thank you Tim!
Prompt, polite, focused. Tim replaced my furnace in 4 1/2 hours. Highly recommended.
I smelled gas from my boiler & called a well known HVAC company (name starts with a number). Their tech guy poked around & said I needed a new boiler. I didn't trust him after he kept giving me the hard sell for a $13,000 boiler. I was charged (robbed) $85 plus $169 for reconnecting the gas line. Someone referred Tim from Signature Service HVAC. Tim came the same day, cleaned the burners, unclogged some ports & now the boiler is working great! I highly recommend Tim!!
