My experience at Signature Smiles was a wonderful one. I had not visited a dentist in a while and was apprehensive and ashamed to see one for fear of being ridiculed or reprimanded. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome I received from the front desk (Ronnie) to the dental hygienists (Mallory and Fatima) to Dr. Buen to the lovely woman that explained my insurance and my costs. I am a new to Oak Park and did nto have a dentisit, I developed a painful toothache and Dr. Tauben took me in right away without an appointment. I have since had multiple positive experiences - the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, the dental assistants are professional and Dr. Tauben is very thorough and caring, frequently asking if he is causing any pain. He readily provides his cell number so that in an emergency you can reach him.
Dr. Buen is ALWAYS very gentle & conscientious regarding pain. She makes sure that the dread & fear of the dental experience is forever expelled!! Thank you, Dr. Buen for not only a pain-free experience but the HIGHEST LEVEL OF IN TECHNOLOGY & QUALITY OF CARE!!
