Communication was fantastic! Silas and Heather were there for us every step of the way, answering our questions and explaining the entire process so we knew what to expect prior to closing. Silas was fantastic. Communicated clearly and timley. He listened to my circumstance and advised accordingly. No complaints about Silas. Heather was the complete opposite. Multiple times I had to explain that I was deployed and limited in resources and capabilities. She rarely communicated clearly or gave advice based on my situation. I'm not sure if she is new or over worked but it seemed like she was lost and ill prepared for the majority of the transaction. Thank you Silas.
