Very easy to work thru the process as a first-timer. Only room for improvement would be to shorten the time btwn customer purchase and Silencer Central review.

Outstanding service and people! I went down to a suppressor from Silencer Central because they are so close and offer a huge selection. I've heard many people talk about how good they are, and yesterday, I experienced this first hand. They walked me through every step of the process, explaining everything along the way and when I walked out a short time later, I was impressed. Now I'm just waiting for the approval and pick up of my suppressor.

First-time Customer, who’s experience was taken in by the simplicity of the whole process. I had a missed appointment but it was easily reschedule. I broke down and called about my application when I received an average time response for them, next thing you know my stuff was cleared and ready to ship. I try to intercept the package do to my unavailable and signature requirement. It was delivered without a signature or notice on my door.
