The entire staff at Silver City Dental are very courteous, helpful, and kind. I just moved here and waited 6 months to get my first new patient appointment...and it was definitely worth the wait! The Dental Technician who examined and cleaned my teeth, Wendy, was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Porter was very friendly and easy to talk to. The women at the front desk were very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage, which was great!
Using the latest in equipment my filling is prepped and uniquely fitted all in one visit. Could not be easier. Thank you.
This is an exceptional Dental office. The staff is so warm, helpful and courteous. They have the latest technology while also being sensitive to our wallet. I felt in good hands, with as little dental discomfort as possible. Highly recommended. Great team!

I have in recent past years had major dental work done by Dr. Porter and the Silver City Dental staff. The work has had excellent results and the interchanges with each and every one of the staff have been friendly and pleasant. Today I had a root canal done on an emergency basis with minimal discomfort and feel tremendous relief from the pain I had been experiencing. They appear to be regularly updating their equipment and services. I am a very satisfied customer!

Dr. Porter and his staff are by far the best in Silver City if not in all of New Mexico and the Southwest. The front desk staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Porter’s care is gentle, painless, and beyond expectation. His equipment and his expertise in all matters dental leaves one with a feeling of confidence knowing that the best possible professional care is being provided.
