We were very impressed with this community during our tour. It looked like a nice place, and the staff were all very open, knowledgeable, and kind. Unfortunately this community did not have opening for single rooms when we toured, and that is what we thought would work best for Mom.
My loved one, was there a short period of time. It was a horrible experience, and we did not have a good experience with the head nurse. My loved one was not well groomed or clean. They gave loved one more medication, than what was required. I would not recommend this place.
I do not recommend Silver Creek Inn. I was highly disappointed. At first I was very pleased with them, but as time went on things began to deteriorate. My loved one had severe dementia and anger issues that they assured me they would be able to handle, but in the end they were not able to do so. They called me a couple of times to come down when they weren't able to handle him, which I didn't mind terribly, as I would rather they let me know when there's an issue. We had visited this community and mostly was concern if they could care for my wife. We seen a lot of places and some were less expensive. I had a tour with them and learned that they could not handle my wife.

We toured this community. The staff were nice . They did want the residents out of there rooms to be active with others. They would not allow my father to be in a surrounding of his own. They did not have a private room that we were needing. They did not have anything for my dad to be able to communicated if needing. assitance. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

This facility presents well until the resident is living there. Worst experience EVER. I removed my mom after 2 weeks. Not enough staff for residents.
